Delivery of this transformation will be done in partnership with industry, and Local Authority Building Standards Scotland (LABSS) who represent all of the building standards professionals employed in local authorities.<\/p>\n<p>As this work is at an early stage, we would appreciate a wide range of views from customers of the building standards system to identify priorities for change. LABSS are best placed consider these issues and they have launched an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.co.uk\/r\/6SPWB8B\">online survey<\/a> to gather your views on how technology can improve the customer experience and compliance with building regulations.<\/p>\n<p>The survey will close on Friday 1 October 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The survey asks questions about how the current system could be improved with a focus on the use of technology to deliver services.
