As such, attendance will NO LONGER be limited to 2 individuals per organisation*<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project is now looking to procure a partner to deliver the next (Beta) phase of the project and is holding an online bidder day on Tuesday 31 March 2020, 12:00 \u2013 13:00.<\/p>\n<p>On the day we will email signed up participants with a video link in which we will present the aims and objectives of the Beta phase as well as the design, development and strategic context it sits within. Further details on the design of the service, target architecture, organisations we are working with and journey to a live service will also be available.<\/p>\n<p>We will then host a Q&amp;A session online, with relevant members of the team on hand to respond. The Q&amp;A window will also be open for one week following the event, after which we will publish all Q&amp;As to everyone who has registered.<\/p>\n<p>If you have not joined our mailing list and wish to take part, please email your name and details of your organisation to: SGPaymentService@gov.scot<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Having undertaken a Discovery and Alpha phase, the programme is now looking to work with a partner, or consortium, to deliver the Beta phase. We are holding a bidder day:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>24 March 2020 at CivTech, Codebase, 38 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh<\/li>\n<li>Attendance is limited to two individuals per organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To book your place please go to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.co.uk\/e\/scottish-payments-platform-project-beta-bidder-day-tickets-94159081347\"> Eventbrite<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The day will cover the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic context and drivers for the programme, and the future service<\/li>\n<li>User research and service design<\/li>\n<li>Architecture<\/li>\n<li>Known constraints, dependencies and risks<\/li>\n<li>Outcome based requirements for beta and live service<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity for potential bidders to ask Scottish Government Subject Matter Experts questions in an open forum<\/li>\n<li>Expected procurement and programme timings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Further information is available through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk\/search\/show\/search_view.aspx?ID=FEB381032\">Public Contracts Scotland<\/a>, where the PIN notice has been published.<\/p>\n<p>The Payments programme is designing and delivering a continually-improving, shared payments service that has the potential to evolve over the longer term. This will process outbound payments and provide a trustable transactional history that interfaces with public sector organisations&#8217; financial services \u2013 it will consider inbound payments in the longer term, but not during the next development phase.
