Leanne hadn\u2019t worked for ten years before she attended Work EastRen\u2019s Specialise in Security training course in September 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The course helped Leanne to develop her personal and employability skills, and at the end of it she gained an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sia.homeoffice.gov.uk\/Pages\/home.aspx\">SIA licence<\/a>, a recognised industry qualification.<\/p>\n<p>After the course, Leanne started a new job as a security guard in a retail store.
