It will\u00a0provide specialist 24 hour support, based\u00a0on individual assessed needs, and includes overnight waking staff support,\u00a0provided by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trfs.org.uk\">Richmond Fellowship<\/a> support workers. Staff are selected for their skills and experience in supporting people with complex needs. Their aim is to help people who require support to live happy, safe and fulfilling lives. The flats are configured into four separate &#8216;pods&#8217; connected by a secure corridor\u00a0to allow staff easy movement between each unit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Other work<\/h2>\n<p>The Scottish Government is working with the <strong>Good Life Group <\/strong>&#8211; a collaboration of housing and care providers &#8211; to test community living solutions for people with complex needs.
