The preparations have begun, and are in full swing, in the Marine Laboratory for tomorrow’s Doors Open Day event.<\/p>\n

Why not join us for a tour around some of our buildings on the campus and learn more about our history \u2013 did you know we have been here, in Torry, since 1923?\"Scientists<\/a><\/p>\n

There will also be some activities for all the family to take part in. This year we have a large collection of unusual fish caught during our trips on the MRV Scotia<\/em>, some hands-on experiments and microscopes for you to try out, marine litter talks and examples of how marine mammals use underwater sounds for their survival.<\/p>\n

We will also have some laboratory dress-up going on in the conference room, so come along and take a selfie or a welfie!<\/p>\n

Our be open from 10am to 4pm and are on the free Doors Open Day bus route, so for more information, go to the Doors Open Days website<\/a> or follow them on Twitter<\/a> or Facebook<\/a>.<\/p>\n
