This data, which is\u00a0gathered from industry, research and others,\u00a0is used\u00a0to help support policy development\u00a0and encourage the continued growth and future development of a range of existing and new\u00a0marine sectors, such as aquaculture, fisheries and renewable energy &#8211; all part of Scotland\u2019s Growth Sectors. Having\u00a0the best, most relevant and up to date information that we can get is key to this process.<\/p>\n<p>Their information is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gov.scot\/Topics\/Statistics\/Browse\/Agriculture-Fisheries?utm_source=website&amp;utm_medium=navigation&amp;utm_campaign=statistics-topics\">published regularly<\/a> and the Data and Statistics Team would like to hear from you to know whether you find their statistics\u00a0helpful, to\u00a0help\u00a0shape\u00a0how they present an publish information in the future.<\/p>\n<p>To capture your views, they have created a\u00a05 minute survey that\u00a0covers the National Statistics publication, Scottish Sea Fisheries Statistics, and the management information published on Marine Scotland&#8217;s website.
