Most people love good design. When something is designed well, with the user in mind, it works. From angle poised lamps to the ipad, as a nation, we celebrate good design. From the practical to the beautiful, we surround ourselves with things that please us.

And when great design meets the power of green, well, that’s the best combination ever.  The greener and leafier the place that you live in, the more likely you are to be generous, sociable, helpful  and a whole host of other desirable characteristics we all wish we could be, more of the time.

So it’s with very great pleasure that we’re introducing something that embodies both these great things – our new-look Greener Scotland website has a wonderful new design, to help Scotland live a greener lifestyle and help fight climate change.

The site has been helping people in Scotland to live cleaner and greener since 2012, with hundreds of thousands of people finding information, links, videos and interactive tools that have helped you do everything from in-season recipes to advice and grants to help you make your home warmer this winter.

Now, we’re growing for the future with a better mobile experience and streamlined, easy to navigate sections jam-packed with everything you need to start living your greener lifestyle today.

Take a look.
