A lot has changed since our last blog post<\/a>! Back then, we were writing to let you know that due to Covid, we were delaying the delivery of our 2nd<\/sup> action plan, and co-creation of our 3rd<\/sup>. We were optimistic that by delaying the co-creation process, we\u2019d be able to carry out in-person workshops safely in the first half of 2021.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s now clear that this will not be possible \u2013 however we\u2019re optimistic that we\u2019ll still be able to collaborate in a really productive way online. Our steering group have now started designing the co-creation process, which will deliver a new set of commitments, produced in partnership between Scottish Government, COSLA and Civil Society. We’ll be running engagement exercises with the public as well, to make sure our plan really reflects what’s important to the people of Scotland.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll be posting updates about the co-creation process here and on Twitter, but we\u2019d recommend you join the Open Government Network Forum<\/a> to ensure you\u2019re the first to hear about any opportunities to get involved.<\/p>\n

In the meantime, we\u2019re pleased to say that progress reports on all of our commitments have now been published on our website!<\/a> This allows you to see how the delivery of our second Action Plan has progressed over the last year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
