We are delighted to announce the publication of best practice guidance and a toolkit to support the Statutory Guidance on Addressing Fair Work Practices, including the Living Wage, in Procurement.

• Best Practice Guidance on Addressing Fair Work Practices, including the real Living Wage, in Procurement – offers practical guidance to public bodies and suppliers, and should be read alongside the Statutory Guidance.

• Fair Work practices in procurement: Toolkit – offers practical tools for public bodies and suppliers to use at key stages of a procurement process.

We are planning to embed the content into the Procurement Journey and Supplier Journey so look out for an update soon.

We have not been able to do this alone. Thank you to a working group of procurement professionals, the Fair Work Convention, trade unions and other key stakeholders for your valuable input.
