National Framework – Recruitment Advertising and Public Information Notices

We are delighted to announce that we have awarded the new National Framework for the provision of Recruitment Advertising and Public Information Notices. The framework will run until 10 July 2028.

The framework is open to all Scottish public sector organisations including the voluntary sector. It covers the full range of media activity required to support the activities including, but not restricted to, recruitment and social advertising, public information notices (including access to online services).

What is in scope:

Recruitment advertising and public information notices for a full range of services including:

• media planning/advice
• market research and campaign tracking
• digital/online including mobile and social media
• copy writing and type setting services
• web design, hosting and maintenance of internal and external related websites

The framework is a single lot, single supplier framework. The supplier is a small and medium sized enterprise (SME). Public Sector organisations are able to order their services with the supplier on the framework via a direct award.

The framework supplier has committed to paying the Real Living Wage.
