Meet the Buyer North is once again set to bring businesses together for the largest free procurement event in the North of Scotland.

The Supplier Development Programme will hold the eighth annual Meet the Buyer North event on Wednesday 10 September, at The Music Hall, in Aberdeen. This free networking event will provide suppliers with an opportunity to engage directly with the buyers to learn about upcoming contracts and opportunities in the North of Scotland.

Partnered by the Scottish Government, Scotland Excel and the Commercial and Procurement Shared Services, this free event provides businesses operating in the North of Scotland the chance to connect with key public sector buyers.

Several private sector organisations will also be on hand to discuss upcoming projects and supply chain opportunities in the North of Scotland, including Acrow Bridge, Balfour Beatty Construction, hub North Scotland, Murphy and more…

On the day, suppliers will have the opportunity to listen to presentations from the likes of Supplier Development Programme, Scottish Government, and the Commercial and Procurement Shared Services (which includes Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and the Highland Councils).
