Shaping the Future of Work in Scotland

Following the establishment of the new National Framework Agreement for the supply of Mobile Client Devices on 16 November 2025, Scottish Procurement is pleased to announce the ‘Shaping the Future of Work in Scotland’s Public Sector’ event hosted by HP. This event provides immersive, sector-specific experience to bring the future of work to life.  

These sessions are aimed at all procurement and digital colleagues who have an interest in the purchase and deployment of client devices within the public sector. It should be equally beneficial to those with little knowledge of Scottish Procurement’s Client Devices buying arrangements and those who have used the frameworks extensively. 

Agenda highlights include: 

• Future of Work framework – key trends shaping Scotland’s public services and the foundations for confident digital evolution 

• sector insight briefing – high-level perspectives on the priorities, pressures and opportunities unique to each sector 

• the AI PC era – how AI-enabled devices unlock new levels of performance, security and productivity 

• modern management and workplace experience – creating secure, seamless, and scalable digital environments for public sector teams 

• sustainability and circular innovation – practical approaches to reducing footprint, increasing efficiency and achieving measurable impact 

• collaboration and the hybrid public service – next-generation tools that enhance communication, service delivery and teamwork  

• Future of Work services – building resilience and long-term value through end-to-end lifecycle support 

• panel and audience Q&A – a future-focused discussion exploring what’s next for Scotland’s public sector 

These sessions are for Scottish public sector colleagues only and will take place at HP Glasgow Office, 191 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LD.
