Telephony and Communication Services – Dynamic Purchasing System extension
February 25, 2026 by Scottish Procurement No Comments | Category framework agreements, Procurement news, Scottish Procurement
Our Telephony and Communication Services – Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) has been extended for a further 24 months and the DPS will now expire on 27 March 2028.
The DPS offers the Scottish public sector a straight-forward route to market for a wide range of telephony and communication services. The DPS comprises two lots.
Lot 1 offers a wide range of services including:
- traditional telephony
- IP telephony
- broadband
- telephony software services
- contact centre
- unified communications and maintenance
- support services
Lot 2 offers the same services available in Lot 1 but also includes mobile voice and data services. This allows public sector organisations to fulfil all their telephony and communication needs in a single procurement.
All suppliers pay the real living wage to all staff delivering services via this DPS as a minimum.
As part of this extension, a refresh of all current suppliers is being carried out to ensure suppliers retain the minimum qualifying criteria, have up-to-date contact details, and wish to remain as a supplier.
The current supplier list can be found on our website and this will be updated periodically. Please contact Estela Franca Rebelato, David Box (07919 014604) or Lisa Pittman (07345 473360) for further information.
