The agreement is open to all Scottish public sector organisations and buyers can use it to call-off against all three lots covering:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lot 1 \u2013 Digital technology projects<\/li>\n<li>Lot 2 \u2013 Digital technology resources<\/li>\n<li>Lot 3 \u2013 Cyber security services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This replaces <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/publications\/digital-technology-services-dynamic-purchasing-system-guide\/\">DPS 1.0 for Digital Services<\/a> and also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/publications\/digital-and-technology-services-framework\/\">Digital and Technology Services (DATS)<\/a> framework, which expires in May 2019.<\/p>\n<h2>Positive economic benefits<\/h2>\n<p>Derek Mackay, Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Economy and Fair Work, said:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am delighted that we have now launched the DPS for Digital Technology Services. It allows us to continue supporting our digital aspirations and help organisations develop their cyber resilience.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This DPS is good for businesses and employees, with around 74% of the suppliers being SMEs, and all suppliers are committed to paying the Real Living Wage.
