The consultation is about who should be named in Regulations as a Scottish public authority that will be subject to the duty to provide information to Police Scotland about a person(s) who is, or appears to be, a victim of human trafficking, slavery, servitude or forced or compulsory labour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Relevant Scottish public authorities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All local authorities<\/li>\n<li>All NHS boards<\/li>\n<li>NHS 24<\/li>\n<li>Scottish Ambulance Service<\/li>\n<li>Scottish Fire and Rescue Service<\/li>\n<li>Scottish Ministers for the purposes of including Marine Scotland, Scottish Prison Service and Scottish Environmental Protection Agency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How can you get involved?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are holding events to hear directly from organisations named in the consultation paper and other parties interested in SG proposals. Three events are now live and can be booked through Eventbrite. Other events are planned for Aberdeen, Dumfries and Stirling during August 2019.
