It has a forecast value of \u00a330 million, is a multi-supplier agreement and is open to all Scottish public sector organisations including the third sector.<\/p>\n<p>The framework supports and enables a number of digital initiatives, specifically:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scotland\u2019s Digital Strategy &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/publications\/realising-scotlands-full-potential-digital-world-digital-strategy-scotland\/\">Realising Scotland\u2019s full potential in a digital world<\/a>, and<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/publications\/scotlands-digital-future-data-hosting-data-centre-strategy-scottish-public\/\">Data Hosting and Data Centre Strategy for the Scottish Public Sector<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s in scope?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Public cloud (including access to hyper-scale public cloud)<br \/>\n\u2022 Private cloud<br \/>\n\u2022 Co-location<br \/>\n\u2022 Hybrid cloud<br \/>\n\u2022 Community cloud<br \/>\n\u2022 Cloud transition services<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Easy to use \u2013 call-off directly or via mini competition<br \/>\n\u2022 Improves access to public sector contracts \u2013 50% of suppliers are SMEs<br \/>\n\u2022 Majority of suppliers host their cloud services in Scotland<br \/>\n\u2022 Environmentally friendly. All suppliers have ISO 27001:2013 and deliver cloud services with a PUE rating below 1.6<br \/>\n\u2022 Built in cyber security. All suppliers have third party cyber security accreditation<br \/>\n\u2022 Value for money \u2013 estimated savings between 15-20%. Catalogue pricing is capped over the duration of the framework<br \/>\n\u2022 All suppliers support our Fair Work initiatives including paying above the Real Living Wage<\/p>\n<p><strong>Further information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Cloud Services framework is available to use immediately.
