The new collaborative framework went live on 1 September 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The framework agreement was awarded to ExecSpace Ltd, a Scottish based SME. We are working together to deliver sustainable procurement whilst delivering efficiencies and value for money.<\/p>\n<p>The framework provides organisations with the following services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conference and meeting venue bookings<\/li>\n<li>Overnight accommodation, where the accommodation is in the same venue as the conference or meeting which has been booked through the framework<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Guidance for the new framework and the process to follow when calling off is now available.<\/p>\n<p>Please share this information with any interested parties and potential framework users within your organisation or sector.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions about the frameworks please contact <a href=\"mailto:darren.russell@gov.scot\">Darren Russell<\/a> (0131 244 3645) or <a href=\"mailto:fraser.williamson2@gov.scot\">Fraser Williamson<\/a> (0141 242 0206).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you looking to book a conference or meeting room venue?
