We are here to support you with information, advice and guidance on the use of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/publications\/frameworks-and-contracts\/\">ICT frameworks and Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The team are available to help you access the following products and services.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technology products, accessories and peripherals from our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/publications\/frameworks-and-contracts\/\">client device<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/publications\/it-peripherals-framework\/\">IT peripherals<\/a> frameworks which can help enable and improve home working.<\/li>\n<li>On and off-site printing and mailroom services including desktop printers from our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/publications\/office-equipment-framework\/\">office equipment<\/a> framework.<\/li>\n<li>Audio conferencing and mobile voice and data services through our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/publications\/digital-conferencing-services-framework\/\">digital conferencing services<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/publications\/mobile-voice-and-data-services-framework-2020\/\">mobile voice and data services<\/a> frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Dynamic Purchasing Systems which provide quick and easy access to a range of services including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/publications\/internet-of-things-iot-technologies-and-services-dynamic-purchasing-system\/\">Internet of Things<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/publications\/telephony-services-dynamic-purchasing-system\/\">telephony services<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/publications\/network-advice-dynamic-purchasing-system\/\">network advice<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/publications\/digital-technology-services-dynamic-purchasing-system-guide\/\">digital technology<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Additional software support and licences such as Microsoft Office or Skype for Business from our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/publications\/software-value-added-re-seller-framework\/\">software value added reseller<\/a> agreement which can help enable working from home.<\/li>\n<li>To allow staff to remotely access your networks from home, cloud data storage (co-location, private or public) services from our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/publications\/cloud-services-framework\/\">cloud services<\/a> multi-supplier framework agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As you will be aware, a number of commodity areas are experiencing supply chain challenges.
