As part of the framework, you can audit your current print estate and identify areas where you can rationalise the number of devices to relieve pressure on ICT resources, reduce print volumes and the environmental impact.<\/p>\n

Using innovative solutions<\/strong><\/p>\n

In anticipation of staff returning to the workplace, suppliers are promoting innovative solutions. One of these is the use of Artificial Intelligence voice control, with enterprise-grade security on devices to provide a touch-free print process. Suppliers are also able to provide digitisation services to home workers who need to send and receive secure documents from their device wherever they are.<\/p>\n

Scottish Fire and Rescue Services case study<\/strong><\/p>\n

This case study by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service<\/a> (SFRS) shows how they used the Office Equipment Framework Agreement to consolidate their multi-supplier estate and rationalise their devices by running a mini competition.
