This is the first major step in extending superfast broadband access to 100 per cent\u00a0of the country and a key activity in supporting the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gov.scot\/Publications\/2017\/09\/8468\">2017\/2018 Programme for Government<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hugely exciting procurement project and due to its size, scale and complexity we are using the Competitive Dialogue procedure.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The OJEU notice for the procurement of the NGA Infrastructure has now been issued.
