The current Fixed Telephony Services framework agreement is due to expire in June 2018.\u00a0We think the\u00a0framework could potentially be\u00a0replaced with a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).<\/p>\n<p>The PIN has been issued to provide advance notice to the market and to encourage suppliers to provide their views on the scope of the DPS.<\/p>\n<p>There is potential to have a multi lot arrangement around the following services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Traditional telephony<\/li>\n<li>Internet protocol (IP)\u00a0telephony (including session initiation protocol and\u00a0voice over internet protocol)<\/li>\n<li>Bundled services encompassing a full range of telephony services and potentially including mobile voice and data services as a &#8216;one stop shop&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of telephony equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Scottish Procurement expect to issue the full OJEU procurement for Telephony Services around the end of February 2018 with the agreement expected to be established around April 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Volunteers are currently being sought for members of the Telephony Services User Intelligence Group.\u00a0Please register your interest\u00a0by close of business on 19 January 2018\u00a0by email to <a href=\"mailto:David.Box@gov.scot\">david.box@gov.scot<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The current Fixed Telephony Services framework agreement is due to expire in June 2018 and could potentially be replaced with a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":407,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[53,109,54,10],"tags":[65,108,106,107,105],"class_list":["post-286","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-contracts","category-dynamic-purchasing-system","category-ict","category-procurement-news","tag-dynamic-purchasing-system","tag-mobile-voice-and-data-services","tag-prior-information-notice","tag-telephony-equipment","tag-telephony-services"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
