This video shows how, working together, we can help deliver positive social and economic change for Scotland.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, we launched our \u2018Four Outcomes for Public Procurement\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.gov.scot\/public-procurement\/2021\/10\/20\/ivan-mckee-msp-launches-our-four-outcomes-for-public-procurement-video-showcase\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">video showcase with Ivan McKee<\/a> MSP, Minister for Business, Trade, Tourism and Enterprise. Buyers were asked to consider the outcomes and think about the \u201cIf\u201d, \u201cWhat\u201d and \u201cWhy\u201d they are contracting for goods, works or services.<\/p>\n<p>This latest video
