up more than 500 hours of project delivery support"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Scottish Government\u2019s Programme and Project Management Centre of Expertise<\/strong> <strong>(PPM-CoE)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The PPM-CoE, based in the Scottish Procurement and Property Directorate, have a remit of building project delivery capability across the Scottish Government and wider public sector.<\/p>\n<p>The support they have offered has reached across the corners of the Scottish Government and beyond into public bodies and agencies, including the delivery of nearly 500
