The Scottish Government seek a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to undertake the design, delivery and management of a Women and Girls Fund (WGF). This will be a new Fund that will form part of the International Development Fund\u2019s (IDF) new Equalities Programme.<\/p>\n

Further to an early market engagement event held on the 4th<\/sup> May,\u00a0 Scottish Government are pleased to inform \u00a0that the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Women and Girls Fund<\/strong> is now live: Design, Delivery and Management of Scottish Government’s International Development Equalities Programme, Women and Girls Fund<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

The overall aim of the fund is to provide appropriately targeted direct funding to support women and girls\/women and girl-led organisations (WGLOs) in Malawi, Zambia, and Rwanda, with the advancement of gender equality and the rights of women and girls as a principal objective. The service provider will be required \u00a0to design and deliver the WGF taking a participatory approach to develop and deliver interventions that tackle inequalities experienced by women and girls and\/or support organisations that advocate for their rights.<\/p>\n

The budget for this Fund is up to \u00a3750k per annum for an initial period of 4 years, inclusive of administration costs.<\/p>\n

All questions relating to the ITT \u00a0should be lodged via the procurement portal.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Supplier Development Programme are hosting a ‘Talking Tenders’ event for this opportunity on 20 September, register via the SDP website.<\/a><\/p>\n
