The system is a secure and efficient way for Buyers and Suppliers to manage tender exercises online. The standard templates enable Buyers to easily create consistent tender documentation and allows Suppliers to save and reuse tender responses.<\/p>\n<p>All opportunities are first advertised on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Public Contracts Scotland (PCS)<\/a>. If the Buyer is using PCS-Tender to manage the tender the Notice on PCS will tell you that you need to submit your response on PCS-Tender.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Where can I find PCS-Tender User Guides? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The PCS-Tender Supplier Guides have been updated.
