Defining how we plan to carry out our procurements for the next four years, making use of our leadership and influence to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>drive innovation,<\/li>\n<li>advance towards net zero,<\/li>\n<li>deliver social and economic outcomes to achieve a fairer, more equal society, and<\/li>\n<li>help improve capability of staff, systems and processes across the public sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It also sets out how we are shaping public procurement through procurement policy, practice, capability and toolsets, while leading and influencing across the public sector landscape to achieve the best possible commercial outcomes, leveraging the power of procurement to deliver better impact and outcomes for the people of Scotland.<\/p>\n<p>Using the Power of Procurement we will deliver outcomes that are Good for Businesses and their employees, Good for Places and Communities, Good for Society and Open and Connected to the communities we
