Only two weeks to go until the Supplier Development Programme\u2019s seventh annual <\/strong>Meet the Buyer North event<\/strong><\/a>, on 11 September at The Music Hall in Aberdeen.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Meet the Buyer North 2024 is officially supported by The Scottish Government, Scotland Excel and Commercial and Procurement Shared Services, made up of Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, and Highland Councils.<\/p>\n

Other confirmed public sector organisations exhibiting at this year’s event include Crown Commercial Service, Historic Environment Scotland, Moray Council, Police Scotland, Scotrail and Scottish Enterprise.<\/p>\n

The Supplier Development Programme is also delighted to introduce the first ever Health Zone at Meet the Buyer North, sponsored by NHS National Services Scotland. Alongside buyers and decision makers from NHS National Services Scotland, delegates will be able to network representatives from NHS Grampian, NHS Highland, and NHS Tayside.<\/p>\n

Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage with a number of private sector organisations, such as Aberdeen Airport, Acrow Global Limited, Balfour Beatty Construction, Bam Nuttall, Clark Contracts, hub North Scotland, Kier Construction, Ogilvie Construction, RJ McLeod and Vattenfall, who will be on hand to discuss their supply chain opportunities.<\/p>\n

Alongside networking opportunities, delegates can gain top tendering tips, by attending speaker sessions in the keynote arena. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from representatives from Aberdeenshire Council, NHS National Services Scotland, NHS Highland, SDP\u2019s procurement expert, and more…<\/p>\n
