We have extended the duration of the Telephony and Communication Services – Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)<\/a> until 27 March 2026. The DPS offers the Scottish public sector a route to market over two Lots.<\/p>\n

Lot 1<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lot 1 offers a wide range of services including traditional telephony, IP telephony, broadband, telephony software services, contact centre, unified communications and maintenance and support services.<\/p>\n

Lot 2<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lot 2 offers the same services available in Lot 1 as well as mobile voice and data services. This allows public sector organisations to fulfil all their telephony and communication needs in a single procurement.<\/p>\n

The DPS will remain open for new suppliers to apply to join. An updated supplier list and supplier guide can be found on our website<\/a> .<\/p>\n
