Scottish Procurement is pleased to announce a new National Framework Agreement for the supply of Mobile Client Devices – Ref SP-24-008.<\/p>\n

The framework is a single-supplier agreement and has been awarded to HP Inc UK Ltd. The framework will commence on 16 November 2025 and is open to all Scottish public and third-sector organisations.<\/p>\n

The framework will provide excellent value for money and updated technology for the provision of laptops, mobile workstation devices and monitors along with upgrade\/downgrade options, accessories and associated deployment services.<\/p>\n

The framework will provide public sector bodies with access to best-in-class technology which meets or exceeds the latest energy management and environmental standards at significant savings compared to market prices. HP Inc UK Ltd pay all staff directly involved in the framework at least the real living wage and Framework public bodies are encouraged to engage directly with HP to agree their individual community benefits.<\/p>\n

The framework will be for an initial period of 24-months with options to extend for an additional 24-months. All core device prices will remain fixed for the maximum 4-year duration of the framework<\/p>\n

Framework documents and a supplier catalogue will be available via the Scottish Procurement Information Network<\/a> on Knowledge Hub in the coming weeks prior to the framework commencement.<\/p>\n

HP Inc UK Ltd will immediately begin updating their eCommerce system to ensure readiness from Day 1.<\/p>\n
