Whether your passion lies in innovation, sustainability, or transforming public service delivery, there are a variety of opportunities to make a meaningful impact.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Procurement People of Tomorrow\u00a0(PPoT) programme\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Led by Scottish Government, the PPoT programme addresses the skills gap in procurement and the challenges in <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">attracting, recruiting and retaining talent.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This\u00a0Scotland-wide partnership programme, involving both the public and private sector, aims to\u00a0build a sustainable pipeline of\u00a0procurement and commercial talent. Our vision is to leave\u00a0a\u00a0lasting\u00a0legacy\u00a0for the procurement profession in Scotland by growing our own talent to address industry-wide skills shortages.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">There are\u00a0a number of\u00a0ways you can begin your procurement journey.
