This update adds reference to current policy and best practice, future goals and targets, and updated case studies.<\/p>\n<p>The eLearning comprises of three modules and gives practical guidance on how public procurement activity can support net-zero aims for their organisation and Scotland as a whole.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the climate challenge<\/li>\n<li>responding to the challenge<\/li>\n<li>taking action<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This demand led product will help to encourage and assist public bodies to take account of climate and circular economy in their procurement activity. It is available from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sustainableprocurementtools.scot\/index.cfm\/elearning1\/\">Sustainable Procurement Tools platform<\/a>\u00a0and will take approximately 90 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>users need to be registered and log in to access the training and download a completion<\/li>\n<li>the training is largely interactive and can be completed in one session or resumed later<\/li>\n<li>a user guide and short video are available for registration and login support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Renfrewshire Council \u2013 Artificial Pitches<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This new case study, released alongside the updated eLearning, demonstrates how taking proportionate steps to embed climate requirements can transform a standard programme into a procurement that embeds sustainability at every stage.
