User Intelligence Groups (UIGs) bring stakeholders together to shape strategies that truly reflect user needs &#8211; driving better outcomes, value, and adoption.<\/p>\n<p>The people that get involved in the UIGs are critical to the success of a framework! UIGs need Procurement professionals and Subject Matter Experts to bring their experience, knowledge and ideas so the best frameworks can be put in place.<\/p>\n<p>Those that have taken part in UIGs previously have shared their experience:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cBeing part of a User Intelligence Group (UIG) is a valuable learning experience. UIGs enable you to analyse requirements from multiple perspectives and understand their impacts at all levels within an organisation. UIGs also present an opportunity to explore the art of the possible through industry engagement, which often uncovers innovative solutions for requirements &#8211; some of which you may never have encountered before or even knew to exist!
