To reflect this, with the help of colleagues from across the public sector, we have undertaken a major update of our <a href=\"https:\/\/sustainableprocurementtools.scot\/index.cfm\/guidance\/employment-community-benefits\/skills-and-training\/\">Community Benefits in Procurement Guidance<\/a> to ensure that organisations are supported to keep achieving these benefits.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What the guidance includes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>clear practical guidance aligned to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.procurementjourney.scot\/\">Procurement Journey<\/a><\/li>\n<li>an improved, easy-to-navigate structure<\/li>\n<li>new flowcharts to support decision-making<\/li>\n<li>example wording and key performance indicators for procurement documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>What people are saying<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019re already receiving positive feedback:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe updated guidance is welcomed. It brings greater clarity, consistency, and practicality to embedding Community Benefits in procurement. It has made a significant contribution to ensuring the updated guidance is practical and relevant.
