The PIN forms part of an opportunity assessment to determine the feasibility for a potential collaborative procurement arrangement. It is to provide advance notice to the market and to encourage suppliers to provide their views on the potential scope and assist in the development of the opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>IoT can be viewed as a network of dedicated physical objects (things) that contain embedded technology to sense or interact with their internal state or external environment, connect and exchange data.
