LFASS payments
\n<\/strong>Hill farmers and crofters operating in some of our most remote and marginalised areas will benefit from the commencement of LFASS payments worth more than \u00a324 million.<\/p>\n

Around 11,000 eligible farmers and crofters will receive payment in coming weeks, with many having already taken the opportunity to receive up to 90% of their 2018 entitlement under the national loan scheme.<\/p>\n

Central Green Scotland Network Development Fund\"\"<\/strong>
\nProjects promoting green living through active travel, habitat restoration, and community growing are set to benefit from \u00a3264,000 of development funding.<\/p>\n

The Central Scotland Green Network (CSGN) funding was announced by Rural Affairs and Natural Environment Minister Mairi Gougeon who visited Gorebridge Community Development Trust, one of the 11 successful recipients.<\/p>\n

Scottish Land Fund grants<\/strong>
\nLand Reform Secretary Roseanna Cunningham announced that grants totalling more than \u00a3500,000 will be shared by four community ownership projects in the latest round of Scottish Land Fund awards.<\/p>\n
