Offices in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire will also see any rise capped at 12.5% in real terms, in recognition of the effect the fallen oil price has had on the local economy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ocean Energy: Scotland&#8217;s achievements and future ambitions\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Energy Minister Paul Wheelhouse<!-- react-text: 2344 --> spoke at Ocean Energy Europe&#8217;s conference<!-- \/react-text --><!-- react-text: 2346 -->, highlighting the Scottish\u00a0 Government\u2019s ongoing support for the <!-- \/react-text -->marine energy<!-- react-text: 2348 --> sector, and Scotland&#8217;s achievements in <!-- \/react-text -->marine<!-- react-text: 2350 --> <!-- \/react-text -->renewables<!-- react-text: 2352 -->.
