Telephony Services – Dynamic Purchasing System
May 22, 2018 by Eddie Chapman No Comments | Category Contract Notices, Dynamic Purchasing System, suppliers
On 17 May, Scottish Procurement issued an OJEU Contract Notice to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Telephony Services.
The Telephony Services DPS is amongst the first of its kind for Scottish Procurement and is a collaborative system available for all Scottish public sector bodies to use.
The scope of the DPS is to provide a wide range of telephony services. Any supplier that can provide these services can apply to join. The DPS will be split in to three lots:
- Traditional telephony
- Internet protocol (IP) telephony
- Enterprise bundled services
There is no limit to the number of suppliers that can participate and they can join at any time during the life of the DPS. Suppliers simply have to complete an ESPD (Scotland) application and provide some evidence of experience in delivering the relevant services.
We expect that the DPS will be available to Scottish public sector organisations by the end of June 2018.
