  Podcasts like this are so important to talk through the issues and raise awareness that we still have a long way to go. I’m still disappointed by the gender imbalances in meetings where decisions are made…and some of the comments made. I am certain your discussions will inspire many women and build their confidence to pursue a leadership career in procurement.
