The Scottish Government’s Programme and Project Management Centre of Expertise (PPM-CoE)

The PPM-CoE, based in the Scottish Procurement and Property Directorate, have a remit of building project delivery capability across the Scottish Government and wider public sector.

The support they have offered has reached across the corners of the Scottish Government and beyond into public bodies and agencies, including the delivery of nearly 500 hours of CPD in the last year.
