Help Improve the Procurement Journey and Supplier Journey

August 31, 2026 by No Comments | Category Scottish Procurement, suppliers

We’re looking for your help to improve the Procurement Journey and Supplier Journey websites.

We’re currently testing a proposed structure for both websites to understand whether users can find information where they would naturally expect it to be. By taking part, you’ll help us make information easier to find, improve accessibility, and create a better experience for everyone who uses the sites. The activity should take no more than 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

You can complete these tests here, or through the banners on the Procurement and Supplier Journeys:

Your feedback will help us:

  • improve website navigation
  • organise content more effectively
  • use clearer labels and headings
  • make the sites more user friendly and accessible

Taking part is entirely voluntary and your responses will be used solely to help improve the structure, navigation and labelling of both websites. Participants will not be identified in any research findings or outputs and you can opt-out at any time before submitting your responses by simply closing your browser window.

Please do not include any confidential, commercially sensitive or personally identifiable information in any of the free-text responses.

Every response provides valuable insight and helps us create more intuitive, accessible and user-friendly digital services for buyers, suppliers and stakeholders across the procurement community.

Please share and encourage participation from within your organisation and any relevant colleagues and suppliers
