Scotland’s National Marine Plan – how did we do?

National Marine Plan cover

Scotland’s National Marine Plan is the first national Marine Plan that has been published in the United Kingdom and the process used to create it was a new one.

Following its publication, we are now looking at how the Plan was created and have created a survey to find out what went well and what went less well. The lessons learned and feedback from the survey will be used when we review the Marine Plan in three years and to feed in to future work, including the development of future regional marine plans.

So, if you were involved in the process or just have an interest, we’d be interested to hear your views about:

  • What do you think went well?
  • What do you consider to have been less successful?
  • What could be done differently for the next National Marine Plan?

The survey should only take around 10 minutes. Thank you.
