New Publishing, Print, Design and Associated Services (PPDAS) framework

Scottish Procurement and Commercial Directorate (SPCD) has awarded a new framework for the provision of Publishing, Print, Design and Associated Services (PPDAS). Following the competitive exercise, APS Group (Scotland) Ltd emerged as the successful provider.
APS Group (Scotland) Ltd are a real Living Wage accredited employer and also offer a wide range of rewards, continued professional development and flexible working for staff. They use an extensive supply chain including many Scottish SMEs, and have committed to fulfilling a range of community benefits including placement of orders with supported businesses.
The framework will run from 1 October 2018 to 30 September 2023, with the option to extend for a further two years.
The framework is a Category A National arrangement so will be available to all organisations throughout the Scottish public sector. All contract documentation, including a buyer’s guide, will be available in the Scottish Procurement Knowledge Hub shortly. A launch event is planned for early 2019, details of which will be available nearer the time
Framework managers will work closely with APS Group (Scotland) Ltd throughout the duration of the framework to calculate and report upon savings.
