Office Equipment customer survey 2019

The ICT Products team is gathering feedback on the Scottish Procurement Office Equipment Framework. Feedback will be gathered anonymously and form part of a continuous improvement process to make sure our suppliers provide a consistently high level of performance.

The results will be reported back to the office equipment suppliers as an overall review to allow suppliers to provide better customer service. You can complete the survey until Friday 1 March.
