Sustainable Procurement case studies on taking an ethical approach

The public sector in Scotland spends billions of pounds each year procuring goods and services.

In conjunction with the Scottish Fair Trade Forum, case studies have been developed on the ethical approach taken by:

  • University of Edinburgh when establishing their formal academic dress hire services contract, and
  • Scotland Excel when establishing their hot beverage machinery and supplies framework.
