Award of new Sourcing and Booking of Meeting Rooms and Conference Venues Services framework agreement

The procurement exercise for the Sourcing and Booking of Meeting Rooms and Conference Venues Services has now concluded. The new collaborative framework went live on 1 September 2019.

The framework agreement was awarded to ExecSpace Ltd, a Scottish based SME. We are working together to deliver sustainable procurement whilst delivering efficiencies and value for money.

The framework provides organisations with the following services:

• Conference and meeting venue bookings
• Overnight accommodation, where the accommodation is in the same venue as the conference or meeting which has been booked through the framework

Guidance for the new framework and the process to follow when calling off is now available.
