In light of the current circumstances, we’ve issued a new Scottish Procurement Policy Note (SPPN) 4/2020. The policy note raises awareness on handling some procurement related issues as a consequence of the current COVID-19 outbreak. In these exceptional circumstances, Scottish public bodies may need to procure goods, services and works with extreme urgency. The policy note provides information on options available to buyers in these circumstances.

I have a friend in Shenzhen China who works for a company that manufactures PPE equipment is Masks, Visors coveralls etc. She is willing to help you procure this. It could help us here to have someone within to help us.
