Telephony and Communication Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) now live
April 27, 2022 by Fiona McCaig No Comments | Category Scottish Procurement
We are delighted to announce that the Telephony and Communication Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is now live and open for organisations to use. This DPS will replace the Telephony Services DPS and the scope of the DPS has been expanded to include wider telephony and communication services.
The DPS is lotted with Lot 1 offering a wide range of services including traditional telephony, IP telephony, broadband, telephony software services, contact centre, unified communications and maintenance & support services. Lot 2 offers the same services available in Lot 1 but also includes mobile voice and data services. This allows public sector organisations to fulfil all their telephony and communication needs in a single procurement. Further details on the scope of the DPS can be found on our website.
The response from suppliers has been very positive with around 50% SMEs.
All suppliers on the DPS have confirmed that all staff involved in the delivery of services via this DPS will be paid at the real Living Wage or higher. Furthermore, all suppliers have a 3rd party cyber security accreditation or equivalent.
Organisations can start using the DPS with immediate effect. Full details, including a Buyer Guide, Supplier Guide, Supplier List and contact details can be found on our website.
