Scotland Innovates launches!

Today an exciting new development in public sector innovation launches! Scotland Innovates, our new supplier led innovation service aims to deliver the best possible outcomes for the people of Scotland. By working collaboratively across the entire public sector to open the door for new and exciting ideas.

Created by a pan sector team, to build on the success of the NHS Health Innovation Assessment Portal (HIAP).  Scotland Innovates allows suppliers, citizens, and innovators to submit their ideas and solutions for delivery across the public sector.

Inviting submissions from all sectors of public delivery, Scotland Innovates aims to bring viable and approved innovations to market through a five step process:

• registration
• innovation submission
• triage
• assessment
• delivery

All proposals will receive a response and feedback from a range of public sector experts. Viable and approved innovations will be guided to market, through provision of appropriate support and funding.
