New Construction Policy Note 2/2022
November 11, 2022 by Niamh Duncan No Comments | Category Construction, Construction Policy Notes, Scottish Procurement
We have published a new Construction Policy Note highlighting a new chapter we have published in our Client Guide to Construction Projects guidance.
This note is for all public contracting authorities that procure construction projects, whether occasionally or frequently.
The key message within this CPN is that change must be actively and deliberately managed. This new guidance aims to help construction clients introduce a mechanism for controlling change on their projects. It provides examples of a change request form and change control register as well as suggested stages for consideration and management of change as well as its prevention at an early stage in the project.
