March 13, 2023 by No Comments | Category framework agreements, Procurement news, suppliers, survey

The Scottish Government is developing a Social Research and Analysis Framework (2023-2027), potentially covering three categories Social Research, Evaluation, and Consultation Analysis services to be provided by external service providers.

The Scottish Government has identified several areas where it is seeking suppliers views, to guide development of the final strategy for the Framework including the scope of services, pricing, and support to suppliers.  Your views are very welcome through a ‘Request for Information’ (RFI).

The information gathered on the above topics, and responses to the RFI, may be utilised in developing the procurement strategy for the delivery of the Social Research and Analysis Framework and the subsequent contractual arrangements.

The Framework Agreement will be tendered in compliance with Procurement Legislation and will adhere to the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Please follow this link to the Prior Information Notice on PCS to access the Request For Information (RFI) and the opportunity to give your views
